Capital Mortgage, which is located in Raleigh, originates loans from a single corporate office. What is unique about the award, it is the first time a company has won that did not have a presence in each local market. The consumer or survey respondents felt Capital Mortgage did such a good job in handling their mortgage transaction they felt they were located in their local cities.
